TUM Prediction for Quaia Quasar Dipole: Confirmation of A = 0.0074 from First Principles
This is a blind prediction note for the Quaia quasar dipole anisotropy, derived from the Temporal Unity Model (TUM). Using the CI(8) framework with zero free parameters, TUM predicts: - Dipole amplitude: A = 0.0074 ± 0.0010 - Preferred direction: (l, b) = (297.0°, 3.0°) ± 17.0°
