Chiral Amide-Enabled Cobalt-Catalyzed Enantioselective C–H Annulation for the Synthesis of P -Stereogenic Arylphosphinamides
We report an efficient Co(II)-catalyzed asymmetric C–H annulation of arylphosphinamides with alkynes, providing streamlined access to both P -stereogenic and axially chiral arylphosphinamides. By employing modular, amino acid-derived chiral carboxylic amides as steering ligands, this catalytic manifold governs stereoselectivity with exceptional precision, delivering the target compounds in high yields (up to 99%) and enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee).
