Global AI Protocol Global AI Protocol: The Jasper Universal Standard for Deterministic Multi‑Agent Communication

Jasper- Agentic Orchestration Platform Jasper is an agentic orchestration platform designed for persistent, multi-system AI-mediated operation in professional and financial environments. This paper presents the architecture of Jasper Version 1.0, comprising eight coordinated subsystems: a typed, importance-weighted memory persistence layer (MemoryBank); a semantic knowledge graph (KnowledgeGraph); an emotional intelligence calibration engine; a proactive monitoring and autonomous task scheduler; a universal financial settlement bridge (URIB) implementing a seven-stage cryptographic pipeline; an intelligent LLM routing layer; a universal application connector framework; and a physical asset tokenisation and GPS-tracking system. The URIB produces cross-rail settlement across ISO 20022 (pacs.008), Bitcoin (BIP-341 Taproot), XRP Ledger, and wholesale CBDC rails simultaneously, with strict cross-rail value equivalence enforced at Stage 6. Cryptographic accountability is provided through ThreadZero — an append-only, hash-chained audit trail — and a three-layer stack commitment (C_stack = H(h_D ∥ h_G ∥ T*)) that binds the canonical document hash, semantic graph hash, and truth-chain

Abstract

Jasper- Agentic Orchestration Platform Jasper is an agentic orchestration platform designed for persistent, multi-system AI-mediated operation in professional and financial environments. This paper presents the architecture of Jasper Version 1.0, comprising eight coordinated subsystems: a typed, importance-weighted memory persistence layer (MemoryBank); a semantic knowledge graph (KnowledgeGraph); an emotional intelligence calibration engine; a proactive monitoring and autonomous task scheduler; a universal financial settlement bridge (URIB) implementing a seven-stage cryptographic pipeline; an intelligent LLM routing layer; a universal application connector framework; and a physical asset tokenisation and GPS-tracking system. The URIB produces cross-rail settlement across ISO 20022 (pacs.008), Bitcoin (BIP-341 Taproot), XRP Ledger, and wholesale CBDC rails simultaneously, with strict cross-rail value equivalence enforced at Stage 6. Cryptographic accountability is provided through ThreadZero — an append-only, hash-chained audit trail — and a three-layer stack commitment (C_stack = H(h_D ∥ h_G ∥ T*)) that binds the canonical document hash, semantic graph hash, and truth-chain
