Bacterial Isolates from Hospital Wastewater in Yangzhou, China
This project aims to investigate the diversity and antimicrobial resistance profiles of bacteria isolated from hospital wastewater through culture-based methods. Individual bacterial isolates were obtained by standard microbiological culture and purification techniques. Whole-genome sequencing was performed on each isolate to characterize their genomic features, resistance genes, virulence factors, and phylogenetic relationships. This dataset will contribute to understanding the dissemination of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria in hospital environmental settings.
