The Thermodynamic Governor: Hardware-Enforced AI Alignment via 105°C Breach Protocols
In high-performance autonomous systems, such as Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) and enterprise agentic swarms, thermal management transcends hardware maintenance; it becomes a strict alignment mandate. As tensor processors approach critical thermal limits, the probabilistic nature of standard FP16/BF16 Large Language Models becomes increasingly volatile due to thermal noise and electron leakage, leading to "Agentic Aberration" and unpredictable logic drift. This paper introduces the SovereignNexus "Metabolic Governor" and the 105°C Thermal Breach Protocol. It outlines a deterministic safety "kill-switch" that locks AI logic into a verified state before hardware degradation induces cognitive failure. By mapping localized AI activation entropy to thermal boundary resistance on constrained 8GB substrates, this framework demonstrates that true AI alignment cannot rely on easily bypassed software guardrails (e.g., RLHF). Instead, alignment must be enforced metallurgically, ensuring that computationally compromised or deceptive outputs are physically prevented from executing via an indestructible logic gate.
