NON-EQUILIBRIUM CONTROLLED ATOMIC PERTURBATION (NE-CAP): THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK AND ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION
This document establishes the strict mathematical and physical framework proving that an open-quantum-system architecture—utilizing Non-Equilibrium Controlled Atomic Perturbation (NE-CAP)—can extract macroscopic, near-exponential energy yields using minimal external input. By modeling the atomic system (Li-7 lattice coupled to a localized micro-cavity) not as a closed thermodynamic vessel, but as a non-linear quantum transducer coupled to the Zero-Point Field (ZPF) of the electromagnetic vacuum under dynamic boundary conditions, we demonstrate that energy conservation is rigorously maintained. The system circumvents classical thermodynamic restrictions via All-Optical Quantum Phase-Locked feedback and Non-Linear Parametric Amplification, driving sub-threshold quantum state transitions that harvest background vacuum fluctuations without violating the First or Second Laws of Thermodynamics
