The Lost Happiness
The Lost Happiness explores how technological advancement, reduced physical activity, and changing social behavior have influenced human happiness and mental well-being in the twenty-first century. Drawing on research in psychology, psycholinguistics, and physical activity, the essay argues that modern sedentary lifestyles and increased psychological stress have contributed to declining well-being. It concludes that encouraging physical activity, social engagement, and healthier lifestyles can improve individual happiness and support more peaceful communities.
