Aeviterna: Adaptive Stability, Transitional Governance, and Civilizational Stewardship

A post-capitalist civilizational framework, versioned and falsifiable. Fifty-one sections under stability markers (Stable, Draft, Open), a falsifier register (F-01 through F-09), eight civilizational vital signs read as bands rather than targets, an adoption tracker of nineteen organizations coded on a readiness codebook with decline recorded as data, a runnable coupled-cell simulation, and a forkable model charter.
