Additionally, the Process Communication Model (PCM) by Taibi Kahler is presented, featuring six psychological profiles (the Logical, the Steadfast, the Empathic, the Rebel, the Dreamer, and the Doer) to facilitate effective interaction. The author highlights the advantages of mediation over litigation: time and resource savings, preservation of business relationships, confidentiality, and flexibility. Conclusion: organizational mediation not only resolves conflicts but also prevents them, strengthening corporate culture and improving business process efficiency.
