Comparative analysis of phospholipids and fatty acids in shell waste from carcinus aestuarii and portunus segnis : A promising source for green applications
: The shell residues have strong potential for valorization for applications in agriculture, aquaculture, as well as in the development of functional feed for crustaceans. These valorization strategies are fully in line with a sustainable approach to marine waste management, consistent with the principles of the circular bio-economy and green technologies.
