Coalition of AGs sue to protect school mental health grant funds
Federal funding intended to help schools recruit, train and retain mental health professionals is again at the center of a legal battle, with a coalition of 15 states suing the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) over plans to end grant funding that supports school‐based mental health services.
