Trend And Evidence Mapping of Dysgeusia among Older Adults in A Decade: A Scoping Review
This scoping review aims to systematically map the available evidence regarding dysgeusia among older adults published between 2016 and 2026. The review will identify reported etiologies and risk factors, assessment and diagnostic methods, clinical and functional consequences, and pharmacological and non-pharmacological management strategies. The review will be conducted following the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology for scoping reviews and reported according to the PRISMA-ScR guideline.
