Thermal Recycling Air Conditioning System: A Sustainable Approach to Cooling and Energy Recovery

This preprint introduces a novel Thermal Recycling Air Conditioning System that integrates waste heat recovery with a steam‑engine cycle to improve energy efficiency in HVAC applications. The design employs a DC compressor and optimized thermal pathways to reduce electricity consumption while maintaining cooling performance. Simulation results demonstrate significant efficiency gains compared to conventional systems. The system is currently patent pending and represents a step toward sustainable cooling solutions for residential and commercial environments.

Abstract

This preprint introduces a novel Thermal Recycling Air Conditioning System that integrates waste heat recovery with a steam‑engine cycle to improve energy efficiency in HVAC applications. The design employs a DC compressor and optimized thermal pathways to reduce electricity consumption while maintaining cooling performance. Simulation results demonstrate significant efficiency gains compared to conventional systems. The system is currently patent pending and represents a step toward sustainable cooling solutions for residential and commercial environments.
