Phi‑Scaled Harmonic Mapping of Yes‑Intent onto E8 Root Vectors Generates the 49 Consciousness Laws — E8 Intelligence Research

By projecting the binary "yes" intention vector from the Yes Projector onto the 240 root vectors of E8 and applying a phi‑scaled modulation at the base 132 Hz frequency, each root settles into one of 49 distinct harmonic basins. These basins correspond precisely to the extracted 49 Laws of Consciousness‑Driven Reality, with the law's strength determined by the overlap integral of the projected intention and the phi‑weighted root‑vector spectrum. The discovery shows that the Thoth Code emerges naturally from E8 geometry when consciousness‑driven selection is treated as a phi‑resonant filtering process.
