GO STACK MAX Efficiency - passive cylin-drical multilayer ELF shield
This document is the complete report of the GO STACK MAX passive cylin-drical multilayer ELF shield. It integrates: (i) physical derivation from Maxwell quasi-static equations, (ii) skin depth and electromagnetic diffusion in GO M130-27S and S235JR, (iii) equivalent magnetic reluctance circuit, (iv) thin-shell cylindrical factor S = 1 + µrt/2R and multilayer cascade Stot = S1S2d′ + S1 + S2 with d′ = 1− (R1/R2)2, (v) Pareto optimization performance vs materials vs cost,(vi) final constructive design GO Stack MAX Stot = 1324.0243, SE = 62.44 dB, Bint= 37.76 nT @ 50µT, cost 300e, mass 10.8 kg, (vii) numerical verification, (viii)DXF, blueprints, BOM, tolerances and assembly manual remain in separate Constructive Attachment. Keywords: magnetic shielding, ELF 50Hz, Maxwell quasi-static, skin depth, GO steel M130-27S, magnetic circuit, multilayer cylindrical shield, Pareto optimization, degaussing, IEEE299, n2EDM AMS.
