P-101-1: The Unified Cross-26-Orders-of-Magnitude Test: From κ=0.017 to Fusion Plasma Confinement — A Cross-Scale Test of Space Ontology

Abstract: Space Ontology uses a single free parameter κ=0.017 to uniformly describe a broad range of physical phenomena, from nuclear forces, through electroweak unification, to cosmic evolution. However, these validations have concentrated mainly on microscopic (femtometer) and macro-cosmological (gigalight-year) scales. This paper proposes a brand-new cross-scale test: extending κ=0.017 into the domain of macroscopic controlled fusion plasma. Starting from the first principles of Space Ontology, we establish a complete scaling chain from κ to the turbulence–zonal-flow coupling strength, and further to the L–H transition power threshold and the energy confinement time. The theory predicts: the energy confinement time τ_E is proportional to κ^β (β ≈ 0.3–0.7, confidence ★★★★☆), the L–H transition power threshold P_LH is proportional to κ^(−α) (α ≈ 1–2, confidence ★★★★☆), and the zonal-flow saturation amplitude A_ZF is proportional to κ^δ (δ ≈ 0.5–1.0, confidence ★★★☆☆). This scaling relation provides a clear theoretical basis for implementing a "κ-scan" thought experiment in gyrokinetic numerical simulations. More importantly, we find that the L–H transition in fusion plasmas and energy extraction from a spatial resonant cavity—two seemingly unrelated systems—share exactly the same mathematical structure within the framework of Space Ontology: both obey the same set of two-mode coupling equations, and in both the coupling strength is determined by κ=0.017. This "structural-isomorphism theorem" unifies the role of κ as an "amplifier" in nuclear forces and as a "master knob" in tokamaks and resonant cavities into a single physical mechanism: κ is the universal control parameter of Nature that determines the efficiency of conversion from disordered to ordered modes. If the predictions of this paper are verified in numerical simulations, this will be the strongest evidence for the universality of Space Ontology across 26 orders of magnitude, from femtometers to meters. This paper is part of the second series (Applications and Verifications) of Space Ontology, building upon the foundational framework established in the first series (17 papers total).
