Planning Method for Multi‐Energy System Considering Source‐Load Multiple Uncertainties and Collaboration Between Carbon Emission Allowance and Green Certificate Trading
The energy system containing hydrogen production from renewable energy will be a key development direction of the multi‐energy system in the future. On these premises, this paper considers the influence of various kinds of source‐load uncertainties and carbon emission of the multi‐energy system; a carbon emission allowance and green certificate collaborative trading model is established. Then, the fuzzy planning model of the multi‐energy system considering source‐load multiple uncertainties and collaboration between carbon emission allowance and green certificate trading is proposed. Through simulation, case studies are performed for the multi‐energy system coupled by a 14 node power system, 11 node gas distribution system, 5 node thermodynamic system, and a hydrogen energy system from different planning methods to demonstrate. The proposed planning model can reduce the planning cost of the multi‐energy system and pollution emissions effectively. Meanwhile, it can also improve the flexibility of the power grid and gas network regulation. © 2026 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan and Wiley Periodicals LLC.
