Genome resequencing of Oreocharis guileana

Whole-genome resequencing was performed on 106 wild samples of Oreocharis guileana. High-quality raw genomic sequencing data were obtained to explore population genetic structure, genetic diversity, species differentiation and adaptive evolution. These datasets provide fundamental genomic resources for germplasm conservation and evolutionary research of this species.
