Sovereign Compute Has Arrived. Sovereign Inference Is Next.

Preprint v0.1 (July 2026). Architecture paper on end-to-end sovereign AI inference: customer-verifiable controls over the full inference path, not only sovereign compute below. Sovereign cloud programs are shipping (e.g. AWS European Sovereign Cloud, Microsoft and Google offerings), and AI services sit inside them—but managed inference still typically processes prompts as plaintext, with assurance based on architecture, contract, and audit rather than customer-checkable crypto end to end.
