Design of cross-enterprise data security sharing system based on full life cycle

This study addresses the critical challenges of data security vulnerabilities and inefficiencies in existing sharing mechanisms within cross-enterprise environments by designing a secure data sharing system grounded in the full data life cycle concept. The proposed system architecture integrates both hardware and software innovations: the hardware layer comprises specialized modules for interactive sharing, data validation, user authentication, and distributed storage, which collectively establish a robust foundation for secure operations. On the software side, a heuristic data preprocessing technique based on an improved Shawnee algorithm is employed to detect and eliminate erroneous values from shared data, serving as a data cleaning mechanism that significantly improves data quality prior to encryption. Subsequently, the system implements attribute-based encryption and decryption strategies, guided by full life cycle management principles, to ensure end-to-end security throughout the data’s lifespan—from creation and sharing to archival and deletion. alongside blockchain-based smart contracts for automated verification of data authenticity and consistency. Experimental evaluations demonstrate the system’s superior performance: it maintains an efficient CPU utilization rate of approximately 30%, ensures high security with a maximum intrusion rate of only 0.5%, achieves a peak data transmission time of about 15 s, and supports up to 99 concurrent users. Compared with traditional data sharing systems, the proposed system offers distinctive advantages through its integrated hardware-software co-design and lifecycle-oriented security management. These innovations collectively enable more robust access control, higher operational efficiency, and stronger concurrency support in dynamic multi-enterprise environments. Compared to traditional data sharing systems, the proposed solution offers enhanced security, greater operational efficiency, and stronger performance under high user loads, effectively meeting the demanding requirements of modern cross-enterprise data sharing.
