The present study examines the impact of training and development to the employee performance. Data were collected from employees working in different sectors through a structured questionnaire. SmartPLS 4 was used to analyze the relationship between training and development and employee performance. The findings indicate that different training programs positively influence employee productivity, efficiency, satisfaction, and overall performance. The study highlights the importance of continuous learning and employee development initiatives in achieving organizational goals.
