Stroke/TIA History, VENT/ICV-Defined Ventriculomegaly, and Longitudinal Executive Decline in the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI): Analysis Code and Reproducible Research Materials
This repository contains the analysis code, documentation, and reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript, "Stroke/TIA History, VENT/ICV-Defined Ventriculomegaly, and Longitudinal Executive Decline in the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI)." The repository includes scripts for cohort construction, statistical analyses, sensitivity analyses, figure generation, and preparation of manuscript tables, along with supporting documentation describing the analytic workflow. Because the analyses were conducted using data from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI), participant-level data are not included in this repository. ADNI data are available to qualified investigators through the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) Image and Data Archive (IDA) after completion of the required data use agreement. This repository therefore contains only analysis code, derived aggregate results, and documentation necessary to reproduce the reported analyses using authorized ADNI data. The repository supports transparency and reproducibility by documenting the complete statistical workflow, including cohort derivation, variable definitions, regression models, longitudinal mixed-effects models, sensitivity analyses, and figure generation used in the accompanying manuscript. Future updates will be versioned to preserve a permanent record of the analysis associated with each manuscript revision.
