J-Space: A Unified Research Program for Transformer Behavior, Information Geometry, and Human–AI Collaborative Reasoning

Description This publication presents the unified edition of the J-Space research program, authored by Ahmad Ali Parr. It brings together the conceptual manuscript, mathematical development, engineering documentation, experimental observations, implementation notes, and reproducibility materials into a single archival record. The work explores the relationship between transformer inference, pre-normalization information, behavioral measurement, and human-AI collaborative reasoning. It introduces the J-Space framework as a research environment for investigating information flow, behavioral dynamics, and measurement protocols within modern language models, while documenting the software systems and experimental infrastructure used throughout the investigation. Rather than presenting only a theoretical manuscript, this archive preserves the broader research process. Included are mathematical derivations, architectural diagrams, implementation details, experimental protocols, software artifacts, engineering notes, reproducibility guidance, and references to companion publications. Together, these materials document not only the proposed ideas but also the engineering pathway used to investigate them. Several concepts introduced in this work—including J-Space, J-Lens, Shadow Entropy, the Behavioral Jacobian, and associated behavioral measurement protocols—are presented as original research proposals intended for independent evaluation and further study. Other sections describe implemented software systems, reproducible engineering artifacts, or empirical observations gathered during development. These categories are intentionally distinguished so readers can assess each contribution according to its corresponding level of evidence. This publication does not claim to resolve every open question surrounding transformer behavior or artificial intelligence. Instead, it documents a research trajectory, preserves the state of the work at the time of publication, and provides sufficient context for independent analysis, replication, critique, or extension by other researchers. The archive also serves as a permanent scholarly record of the project's evolution. By combining theoretical reasoning with implementation details and experimental evidence, it aims to make both the ideas and the engineering process available for transparent examination. As with all active research, future editions may expand, refine, formalize, or revise portions of this work as additional mathematical analysis, experimental results, or independent validation become available. Versioned releases ensure that each publication remains a permanent, citable snapshot of the research at a specific point in time while preserving the historical progression of the project. Constructive criticism, independent verification, replication studies, and scholarly discussion are welcomed. The intent of this publication is not merely to present conclusions, but to contribute a documented body of work that others can inspect, challenge, build upon, or refute through evidence. ┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐│ Ω J-SPACE │ HUMAN: AHMAD ALI PARR │ ZENODO │ IMMUTABLE │ v1.0 ││ THEORY • ENGINEERING • EXPERIMENT • SOFTWARE • REPRODUCIBILITY ││ J-SPACE ↺ J-LENS ↺ SHADOW ENTROPY ↺ BORN COLLAPSE ↺ GME ↺ JACOBIAN ││ VERIFIED ↔ EMPIRICAL ↔ CONCEPTUAL ↔ HYPOTHESIS ││ PRESERVE INTENT │ PRESERVE MATH │ MAINTAIN PROVENANCE │ EVIDENCE OR SILENCE│└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
