Targeting the Tumor Microenvironment in Giant Multiple Uterine Leiomyomas: A Case Report on Multi-Target Systemic Phytotherapy
Abstract Title: Target the Tumor Microenvironment in Giant Multiple Uterine Leiomyomas: A Case Report on Multi-Target Systemic Phytotherapy Background: Giant fused uterine leiomyomas with severe chronic microcytic anemia present major surgical challenges. This case report documents a non-invasive botanical intervention based on Wumen Medical Lineage principles. Methods & Results: Over 7 months (Dec 2025–Jul 2026), a 41-year-old female with a giant multi-lobed leiomyoma cluster (109 × 61 × 120 mm) achieved two key milestones: Hematological Recovery: Hemoglobin rose from 74.00 g/L to 121.00 g/L without blood transfusion or iron supplements. Tumor Liquefaction: Induced internal devascularization (CDFI flow suppression) and ischemic liquefaction necrosis (liquid cavities up to 14 × 12 mm) under active estrogen (E2: 698.60 pg/mL). Safety: Sequential tests confirmed 100% hepatorenal safety (ALT: 11 U/L, AST: 13 U/L, Cr: 46 μmol/L). Conclusion: Multi-target systemic phytotherapy efficiently induced tumor devascularization and matrix disintegration with absolute safety, providing a structured registry for non-surgical gynecological research.
