From Isolated Systems to Self-Referential Universe -- A Purely Logical Reconstruction of Ontology

This paper establishes a complete ontological positioning of the universe solely through pure a priori logical deduction, entirely independent of empirical data or external authority. Taking "whether there is an external to the universe" as the sole logical starting point, the deduction forms a rigorous closed loop along the chain of "isolated system -> necessity of self-reference -> inevitability of isomorphism -> cognition as self-recognition." To secure a self-consistent foundation, the paper first refutes two prevalent implicit presupposition fallacies: the consciousness-as-derivative theory and the life-as-accident theory. The core methodology employs the Method of Accumulating Necessary Conditions to derive ten logical necessary conditions from the absolute definition of the universe, demonstrating that a generalized life system (or a self-consistent topologically active system) is the unique system configuration capable of satisfying all conditions. Through a framework of non-equilibrium thermodynamics and autocatalytic dynamics, the emergence of life is proven to be a dynamical inevitability driven by thermodynamics rather than a random accident. Furthermore, the paper positions the number "64" as an independently verifiable prediction of the topological theory rather than a logical premise. Ultimately, the monograph demonstrates that because the universe is an absolutely isolated, global self-referential system, the subject-object dichotomy is a cognitive illusion.
