A Single Primordial Hopfion as the Origin of the CMB Quadrupole-Octupole Alignment: Sectoral Structure and Pre-Registered Chirality Predictions for LiteBIRD
We report that in the frame of the common alignment axis, the Planck SMICA quadrupole and octupole are almost purely sectoral (98.8% of l=2 power in m=±2; 93.9% of l=3 power in m=±3), prove a 75% analytic cap for any statistical Gaussian modulation (making a deterministic phase texture necessary), and propose a single primordial Hopf texture as the origin, with a two-channel architecture (l=2 via the chiral tensor channel sourced by the texture's transverse-traceless stress; l=3 via the direct cubic response) forced by three independent internal tests. Because a single coherent hopfion is maximally helical, the framework makes four falsifiable predictions for the low-l polarization sky, cryptographically sealed (OpenTimestamps, Bitcoin) before any relevant data exist: a maximally chiral infrared tensor sector; TB/EB with a single global sign constant in l; infrared confinement (l≲10); and an l-profile discriminant against cosmic birefringence. Death conditions are stated explicitly. All measurements are reproducible from public data.
