Absolute Resolution of the Categorical Localization Problem: Zero Information Loss via Dirac-Holonomy Compression in Non-commutative Manifolds

The Categorical Localization Problem has long been hindered by the classical assumption that the forced inversion of morphisms inherently results in the loss of homotopy information. This paper definitively refutes this assumption by embedding category theory within the physical and geometric framework of Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and the Seonggil Field Equations (SFE). We demonstrate that the ”loss” is mathematically redefined as a highdensity topological compression. By introducing the Non-commutative Defect of Morphism Inversion and the Dirac-Holonomy Information Storage Equation, we rigorously prove that all localized information is losslessly preserved as potential holonomy within the Seonggil Torsion Tensor (STCT), ensuring absolute topological restoration during spatial inversion.
