PFUSRC-094: No Reply and Topological Closure
Based on 11D triple coaxial biconical topology, this paper analyzes the logical defects of the global no-reply rule for extraterrestrial signals. Capturing alien signals creates irreversible Ψ-Ξ topological coupling; refusing to reply cannot erase established interstellar contact. Civilization rank is judged by projection dimension, flow variable control and boundary latching capacity. Higher civilizations can observe humans without permission; equal civilizations lose topological priority if they cut communication; lower alien signals make the ban unnecessary. Isolation policy resembles historical closed-door measures and widens hierarchy gaps. 3D slice math fails cross-civilization decoding, while PFUSRC provides unified topological benchmark for interstellar information analysis. Active decoding and dimensional upgrading help civilizations gain topological initiative.
