Selection of the State-Exchange Weight G_R = 1 - R and Candidate Correspondence with the Fine-Structure Constant: A Numerical Experiment
This preprint reports numerical experiments in closed phase systems showing that a state-exchange weight G_R = 1 - R can be sharply selected by exchange-scattering maps with harmonic degrees of freedom. The deepest candidate band corresponds, within the effective numerical precision of the experiment, to the low-energy fine-structure constant after the comparison G_R = sqrt(4 pi alpha). The work does not claim a derivation of alpha; it reports a candidate correspondence arising without inserting alpha into the scan.
