SFM 2.1 Pre-Planck Structural Proposal: Integrated PATON Architecture for Admissible Relational Continuity Before Classical Spacetime

Version 1.1 supersedes Draft v0.9 as the working integrated architecture. Draft v0.9 remains the provenance record for the original five-datum selective-admission construction. This paper presents a mathematical proposal for how coherent structure could exist before ordinary space and time. Rather than beginning with particles, objects, distance, geometry, or a pre-existing spacetime background, the framework begins with distinguishable datums, primitive tokens, signed incidence, relation constraints, and selective admission. The proposal examines whether primitive relationships can reject incompatible connections, lock into a sparse relational carrier, achieve recursive closure, and remain coherent across four independent conditions: persistence, ordering, separation, and relational uniformity. A hierarchical carrier-and-coherence gate is introduced. Carrier closure is evaluated first. If no viable relational carrier exists, downstream coherence properties are left undefined. If the carrier passes, persistence, ordering, separation, and uniformity are evaluated together to determine whether the structure has become capable of supporting metric description. Draft v0.9 provides a five-datum, four-token baseline in which the admission rule performs genuine selective work. Six controlled audit outcomes are presented: a full passing state, persistence failure, ordering failure, separation failure, uniformity failure, and carrier failure. The paper does not claim that the proposed mechanism has been physically proven, directly observed, or established as the actual structure beneath spacetime. It presents and audits a specific mathematical possibility for how relational structure might become sufficiently coherent to support distance, order, metric capability, and eventually classical spacetime description. Larger rule-generated incidence ensembles, statistical gate-frequency analysis, perturbation testing, and irregular-system audits remain the next stage of investigation.
