Artian's Neutrino Ratio-Line Preregistration: A Sealed JUNO Precision-Holdout Test of the Scale-Free Rho-Squared Prediction and the Absolute LIA Gap
A scale-free neutrino ratio frozen before JUNO's next precision release Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) predicts one exact line in the normal-ordering neutrino mass-splitting plane: \[ \boxed{ \frac{\Delta m_{31}^{2}}{\Delta m_{21}^{2}} =\rho^2 =4\pi^2\cos^2\!\left(\frac{\pi}{8}\right) =\pi^2(2+\sqrt2) =33.69693720145647\ldots } \] This is the primary preregistered JUNO target. It contains no fitted neutrino scale. The absolute gap, endpoint energy, electroweak anchor, unit conversion, and every flavour-universal multiplicative source-to-laboratory factor leave the ratio identically: \[ m_i^{\rm lab}=Z_\nu m_i^{\rm src} \quad\Longrightarrow\quad \Delta m_{ij}^{2,\rm lab}=Z_\nu^2\Delta m_{ij}^{2,\rm src}, \qquad \boxed{ \frac{\Delta m_{31}^{2,\rm lab}} {\Delta m_{21}^{2,\rm lab}} =\rho^2 }. \] The cancellation is exact for a common neutrino transport factor. A flavour-nonuniversal transport law would be a different, separately derivable hypothesis; none may be introduced after seeing the future residual. The corpus also fixes one stronger absolute point on the same line: \[ \boxed{ \left(\Delta m_{21}^{2},\Delta m_{31}^{2}\right)_{\rm src} = \left( 7.231516396661\times10^{-5}, 2.436799538896\times10^{-3} \right)\ {\rm eV}^{2} }. \] The two hypotheses are nested, not independent: \[ H_\rho: \Delta m_{31}^{2}=\rho^2\Delta m_{21}^{2}, \qquad H_{\rm abs}\subset H_\rho. \] The ratio-line test profiles one common scale; the absolute-point test does not. Current NuFIT 6.1 profiles are compatible with the frozen ratio line, with profiled values \(\Delta\chi^2=0.1877\) and \(0.3879\) for the two public normal-ordering variants. By contrast, the first JUNO solar-coordinate comparison places the fixed source value under a live \(2.237363\sigma\) strain. These are disclosed pre-seal context, not future holdout results. The sealed two-stage test Stage S: the first materially expanded post-deposit JUNO release of \(\Delta m_{21}^{2}\). Stage J: the first post-deposit JUNO release providing a joint solar-atmospheric likelihood, profile, or covariance object sufficient to test \(H_\rho\). For Stage J, the primary statistic profiles the common scale along the QTT line: \[ \boxed{ q_\rho = \min_{a>0,\,\boldsymbol\eta} D_J\!\left(a,\rho^2a,\boldsymbol\eta\right) - \min_{x>0,\,y>0,\,\boldsymbol\eta} D_J\!\left(x,y,\boldsymbol\eta\right) }. \] The previously printed QTT tripwire is preserved: \(q_\rho\ge9\) is the one-degree-of-freedom falsifier trigger, while \(q_\rho\ge25\) is reported separately as decisive five-sigma exclusion. If the necessary joint likelihood or covariance is absent, the result is no joint verdict; an unreported correlation is never set to zero. The source digits, native convention map, release qualifiers, decision thresholds, consequence ledger, schemas, executor, and hashes are sealed in the reconstruction packet before the qualifying data. This deposit is therefore an E4 prospective test, not a declaration of an observed confirmation. Its bold claim is precise: QTT has already printed the ratio, the common laboratory scale cancels from it exactly, and the first qualifying future JUNO joint release is allowed to judge that line without a post-result correction.
