Cosmology from a Three-Bit Seed: The Predictions and Their Falsification Gates
Four companion papers develop a cosmology in which the initial conditions of the universe are inherited rather than postulated: the final evaporation of the prior aeon's black holes converges to a minimal closed configuration of three entanglement links, and that three-bit content conditions the no-boundary gravitational path integral from which the present universe is drawn. The framework contains no inflaton, no potential, and no adjustable cosmological parameters; its observables are counting expressions. This letter states the architecture in one page, each quantitative claim with its mechanism and current status, and the observation or computation that would rule it out. The claims and their gates: the tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.033943, at the current BICEP/Keck bound and decided by operating experiments within the next few years – a bound below ~0.03 rules the framework out entirely, a detection near 0.034 is its signature, with the tensor power splitting exactly 5:1 between magnetic and electric Weyl sectors; the spectral tilt n_s = 1 − ln 2/(2π²) = 0.96489 (0.4σ – the observed tilt contains log 2); a positive running α_s ≈ +0.0012, the sharpest structural discriminator against slow-roll inflation, which generically predicts negative running; the amplitude A_s = 3^(1/3)·e^(−2π²)·(det H)^(−1/2) = 2.1014 × 10⁻⁹ (0.01σ, zero free parameters); the baryon fraction Ω_b/Ω_m = 5/32 (0.12σ) and Ω_CDM/Ω_b = 27/5, with the channel-to-species identification decided by an EPRL binding computation rather than assumed; the baryon asymmetry in native form, the dimensionful chain cancelling identically to leave a counting coefficient times r·A_s, with a residue of two registered order-unity items and one Standard-Model convention; and the cosmological constant, determined from ignition: ρ_Λ = (3/4)ℏ/V₄ – three-quarters of the seed's single quantum of action over the realized draw, the singlet quarter consumed by the topologically necessary first move – returning the draw's depth as an integer, g_total = 153.00 ± 0.06, and fixing three observables with nothing adjustable: H₀ = 67.41 ± 0.08 (the local distance-ladder excess is predicted systematic), Ω_k = −1.7 × 10⁻³ closed (a hundredfold above inflation's stochastic floor; testable by the full DESI survey with CMB, decided by CMB-S4), and w = −1 exactly at every epoch (a confirmed thawing equation of state rules the framework out; the earlier conditional Ω_Λ = ln 2 equilibrium is retired by the letter atop Correlation Transfer II). Section 6 poses two items to the spin foam community, independent of any cosmological commitment: the composite bound-state prediction (Borromean three-crown binding, with the transfer-matrix dumps supplied for reproduction without a rebuild), and the open question of whether the transition probability of the elementary 1 → 4 move realizes p – computed in the accessible sectors it does not (18/323 exactly in the topological SU(2) model; 0.10–0.12 in Lorentzian EPRL, Dl-converged, three concordant implementations), and the definition of a convention-independent transition probability is posed to the spin foam program. Every number regenerates from the public replication package at 10.5281/zenodo.21296027, one script and one command per claim, including the transfer-matrix dumps for the binding results and the dark-energy partition supplement.
