From Quark Counting to a Neutron Star: A Zero-Parameter Chain

This record contains the preprint "From Quark Counting to a Neutron Star: A Zero-Parameter Chain" (v0.4, English, with a Turkish parallel version), the neutron-star companion to the neutron-skin study at doi:10.5281/zenodo.21345121 (conceptual companion: doi:10.5281/zenodo.21365025). The two-term pair interaction of the skin paper — whose coefficients are the light-quark charge magnitudes and whose length scale is the close-packing spacing at nuclear saturation — is carried to neutron-star structure without introducing or adjusting any parameter against a star observable; the only calibration is the empirical saturation depth E/A = −16 MeV, and all target windows were declared blind before computation. The chain (charge-symmetry-forced isovector counting, bond-saturated folding, and an isospin-dependent packing wall derived from the interaction's own zero) yields J = 31.5 MeV, L = 74.5 MeV, R(1.4) = 12.5–12.9 km across three independent surface treatments, and a causal maximum mass of 1.96–1.97 solar masses (maximally stiff causal envelope: 2.10), together with a falsifiable structural prediction of wall-forced symmetrization and early direct-Urca cooling in massive neutron stars. Known deficiencies are stated quantitatively, and four frozen observational tests are proposed. All headline numbers are reproduced by a single deterministic script whose SHA-256 digest is recorded in the paper; methodology follows the blind-target, preserved-failure protocol of the companion work.
