TUS OS® — Domain Binding Template v1.1

Abstract TUS OS® — Domain Binding Template v1.1 defines the public Domain Profile construction surface for lawful domain binding in TUS OS. It governs how emitted, allowlisted TUS receipt primitives may be assigned bounded domain meaning under a declared question, scope, profile identity, and report context. The template defines binding as a governed correspondence between formal receipt structure and situated domain reading. It specifies the authority and scope of Domain Binding; minimum guardrails; the Geometric Correspondence Test; construction-material and evidence boundaries; profile identity and continuity controls; the Line-to-Domain Factor Map; mixed-pull and resolved-pair report-use rules; domain-specific over-claim boundaries; required and optional binding surfaces; LANDING mechanics; the rank/line identity bridge; synthesis-level bindings; audit witnesses; the report-facing domain situation handoff; and the completed-profile release-clean checklist. Version 1.1 strengthens the v1.0 template by adding explicit lifecycle governance, clean-record requirements, external-integrity separation, candidate and final-status boundaries, stable profile identity fields, and tighter controls over synthesis authority. It also clarifies the standard v1.1 dual-source synthesis model: completed Technical Pair Reports carry pair-grounded domain meaning, while files 13–16 carry authoritative emitted set-level structural, comparison, pattern, ambiguity, identity, membership, mapping, derivation, provenance, integrity, and bundle facts. Neither source lane may substitute for the other. The release does not alter TUS kernel computation, receipt truth, ranking, selection, canonicalisation, receipt integrity, verifier obligations, or the active Semantics Map allowlist. It does not make a Domain Profile semantic evidence, permit a manifest to act as domain proof, or authorise stronger downstream claims than the governing TUS evidence and report stack support. It governs how emitted, allowlisted TUS receipt primitives may be assigned bounded domain meaning under a declared question, scope, profile identity, and report context. The template defines binding as a governed correspondence between formal receipt structure and situated domain reading. Version 1.1 strengthens the v1.0 template by adding explicit lifecycle governance, clean-record requirements, external-integrity separation, candidate and final-status boundaries, stable profile identity fields, and tighter controls over synthesis authority.
