Walendria Protocol — The 28

Walendria Protocol ("The 28") is a trustless direct-transfer commerce protocol deployed on Gnosis Chain (chain id 100) that replaces the traditional consumer-trust apparatus — identity verification, courts, reputation systems, arbitration — with two direct-answer mechanisms: 1. The Integrity Bond, a pre-committed refundable collateral posted by the seller (1.5× the price of each slot they list) that guarantees the buyer restitution without any identity extraction, KYC, or centralized enforcement. 2. The SpectralMarket, an open Logarithmic Market Scoring Rule (LMSR) prediction market that resolves commercial disputes by cumulative-time-weighted price dominance — specifically, either side must hold ≥93% of the market price for a cumulative 1 hour to trigger auto-resolution. This differs materially from juror-selection Schelling-game approaches (Kleros, Aragon Court) and blocks flash-manipulation without introducing an oracle. The design is deliberately anonymous, permissionless, and KYC-less; the only identity a participant needs is a wallet address. An immutable per-transaction hardcap (MAX_TRANSACTION_VALUE = 100 xDAI, unchangeable post-deploy) substitutes for external audit by bounding the blast radius of any single exploited code path. This whitepaper describes the full mechanism, including: the SharedIB pattern (single bond backing an unlimited number of listings, unlocking automatically on slot resolution); direct-transfer settlement without escrow-holding; sticky third-party holder tracking preventing mutual-close bypass; and the reductive framing that every consumer-trust institution is scaffolding for one of exactly two underlying questions — how does the buyer get paid back if the seller cheats, and whose account of a dispute gets treated as true — both of which admit direct trustless answers with the tools available today. Abstract
