The Ouroboros Informational Universe Theory: A Network and Systems Paradigm for Quantum Gravity and Cyclic Cosmology

This paper introduces the Ouroboros Informational Universe Theory (OIUT), an open-source theoretical framework reformulating quantum gravity and cyclic cosmology through network architecture, information loops, and complex systems dynamics. The theory models three-dimensional space-time as an emergent compression layer of an underlying two-dimensional holographic data stream, framing black holes as dimensional computational buffer overflows and quantum entanglement as a routing shortcut within a higher-dimensional Bulk geometry.

Abstract

This paper introduces the Ouroboros Informational Universe Theory (OIUT), an open-source theoretical framework reformulating quantum gravity and cyclic cosmology through network architecture, information loops, and complex systems dynamics. The theory models three-dimensional space-time as an emergent compression layer of an underlying two-dimensional holographic data stream, framing black holes as dimensional computational buffer overflows and quantum entanglement as a routing shortcut within a higher-dimensional Bulk geometry.
