Hubble Tension and Expansion Rates of the Present-Day Universe via REMLER Methodology

Version 1.1: Correction of typos. This paper presents a simple two-step procedure for evaluating the expansion rate of the universe using the REMLER (Recalibration of Measured Local Expansion Rates) methodology. Relaxing the spatial curvature parameter within the framework of the standard FLRW metric, while adhering to the condition of a constant cosmological constant (L) enables a consistent alignment between global cosmic microwave background (CMB) datasets from the Planck 2018 𝐻0=63.6−2.3+2.1 km/s/Mpc, the DESI 2025 re-analysis 𝐻0=63.3−2.1+2.1 km/s/Mpc, and independent local measurements.Applying the REMLER approach to a spherically closed manifold shows that local 𝐻0values in the range 70.39 to 76.5 km/s/Mpc naturally recalibrate into a narrower corridor of 61.25–65.03 km/s/Mpc.Assuming that the global evolution of the universe is governed by the Friedmann equations derived from Einstein's field equations without introducing modified physics or speculative free parameters, the REMLER solution yields the following stable physical parameters for the present-day universe: the mathematical center of the global Hubble constant reaches a value of 𝐻0=63.14−1.89+1.89 km/s/Mpc, cosmic age 𝑡0=14.27−0.22+0.25 Gyr, cosmic radius of 𝑅0=146.6−20.0+56.0 Gly, and deceleration parameter 𝑞0=−0.477−0.024+0.023.
