55eP Cervical cancer in women ≥60 years: Late-stage presentation, underuse of standard chemoradiotherapy, and limited access to subsequent treatment in Peru
Cervical cancer in older women is frequently diagnosed at advanced stages, reflecting gaps in screening and delayed diagnostic pathways. In addition, access to standard-of-care treatments, may be limited in this population. We aimed to evaluate diagnostic patterns, treatment access, and outcomes in women aged ≥60 years with cervical cancer in a tertiary referral center.
