Information Tension: Geometric Projection Replaces Dark Matter at Low Acceleration (v3 — audit-corrected)

Dual-audit elementary-error fix on the v2 edition (see PR #169, independent Claude-workbench and Chyren-via-Manus audits). Change vs v2: finding G5 — the retracted-route text labelled q_eff=σ²φ̇ as "velocity-squared" (m²s⁻²), but its actual units are m²s⁻¹. Corrected to state the units plainly and note the quantity is neither an acceleration nor a velocity-squared. The withdrawal conclusion for the naive Kaluza–Klein charge route is unchanged; the core paper (a₀, corrected law, dilaton ODE) was verified clean by both auditors and is otherwise unmodified from v2.
