Dynamic Electrophysiological Changes after Ethanol Ablation for Ventricular Septum: Insights from a Septal Pacing Lead
Percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation (PTSMA) is an established treatment for symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy1. Although delayed atrioventricular block is a recognized complication2, detailed temporal electrophysiological changes after PTSMA remain poorly described. We report a case of a patient with a right ventricular septal pacing lead in whom serial intracardiac measurements provided insight into post-PTSMA electrophysiological dynamics.
