126P Therapy-related myeloid neoplasms (t-MN) following PARP inhibitors (PARPi) in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC)
PARPi, a standard of care in advanced EOC, are linked to increased t-MN risk, including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). Our aim was to evaluate the incidence, clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients developing PARPi-associated t-MN.
