116P In silico therapeutic discovery in ovarian cancer with comparative multi-omics integration of proteomic and metabolomic crosstalk

Ovarian cancer is a highly heterogeneous disease where traditional histological classification often fails to reflect underlying molecular diversity. We aimed to develop a precision medicine pipeline by comparing advanced multi-omics integration frameworks to identify robust molecular subtypes and prioritize subtype-specific therapeutic targets through in silico validation.

Abstract

Ovarian cancer is a highly heterogeneous disease where traditional histological classification often fails to reflect underlying molecular diversity. We aimed to develop a precision medicine pipeline by comparing advanced multi-omics integration frameworks to identify robust molecular subtypes and prioritize subtype-specific therapeutic targets through in silico validation.
