103eP From undertesting to undertreatment: Barriers to immunotherapy access in recurrent endometrial cancer in Chile (2010–2024)
Disease recurrence remains common in advanced endometrial cancer (EC) and it is the primary mortality driver. The emergence of checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy has changed the treatment paradigm in recurrent and advanced disease. Whether these advances have translated into clinical practice in Chile is unknown. This study describes treatment patterns, recurrence rates, and post-recurrence management in a EC cohort at a Chilean academic centre.
