8P Investigating the potential role of TMEM200A in drug-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition of ovarian cancer
TMEM200A is a transmembrane protein with limited functional characterization in cancer. We previously showed that ovarian cancer (OC) cell lines with acquired resistance to carboplatin (CBP) display increased TMEM200A expression, while TMEM200A silencing restores drug sensitivity and reduces invasive capacity. This study aimed to investigate in more detail TMEM200A-regulated drug response and epithelial–mesenchymal transition.
