138P Results of the NOGGO PERCEPTION: Phase II investigational study of pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy in platinum-sensitive recurrent low-grade serous ovarian cancer
Low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC) is a rare malignancy with limited responsiveness to chemotherapy, highlighting the urgent need for novel therapeutic strategies to improve treatment outcomes. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as pembrolizumab, have demonstrated efficacy in various cancers, including certain ovarian cancer subtypes, and could represent a promising treatment option for LGSOC.
