72RO Palbociclib and anastrozole for patients with estrogen receptor-positive recurrent or metastatic endometrial cancer
Current standard of care for metastatic or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) is chemo-immunotherapy, which is not curative, may be poorly tolerated and has significant financial toxicity, especially for low-middle income countries. For low-grade histologies hormonal therapy (HT) may have milder adverse events with similar efficacy.
