Sonographic Appearances of Synchronous Bilateral Testicular Tumors with Different Pathological Types: A Case Report
Synchronous bilateral testicular tumors of different pathological types in children are extremely rare. Preoperative ultrasound examination is crucial for selecting the optimal treatment strategy. We reported the ultrasound findings and differential diagnosis of a pediatric case involving a left-sided testicular yolk sac tumor and a right-sided teratoma, aiming to enhance understanding of this rare condition and these two types of testicular tumors.
