45P Real-world effectiveness and safety of low-dose cadonilimab as first-line therapy for elderly patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer
Recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer (r/m CC) in elderly patients (aged ≥65 years) poses substantial clinical challenges, with limited tolerability to standard intensive regimens and scarce real-world evidence supporting immune checkpoint inhibitor use. Cadonilimab, a novel PD-1/CTLA-4 bispecific antibody, has shown promising antitumor activity in advanced cervical cancer; however, data on low-dose cadonilimab in the vulnerable elderly population remain limited. This real-world study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of low-dose cadonilimab as first-line treatment in elderly patients with r/m CC.
