169TiP A phase I first-in-human, open-label study evaluating safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ABBV-901 as monotherapy and in combination with bevacizumab (Bev) in adult patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC)
The use of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) mirvetuximab soravtansine to target folate receptor alpha (FRα) and deliver a cytotoxic maytansine payload is a clinically validated strategy for patients with PROC and high expression levels of FRα. ABBV-901 is a novel FRα-targeting ADC that delivers a Topoisomerase 1 inhibitor (Top1i) payload, potentially offering an additional option to improve outcomes in patients with PROC.
