98eP Prognostic significance of p53 mutation in stage I endometrial cancer: A multi-centre cohort study
In Australia women have a 2.3% risk of endometrial cancer (EC). p53 mutation (p53m), often associated with poorer prognosis, guides adjuvant therapy following TCGA and FIGO 2023 updates. This study evaluated uptake of molecular testing and survival outcomes in stage 1 EC based on p53 status.
